New Fleet Addition: Maeda MC405 Mini Crawler Crane

Top Gun Cranes has added the Maeda MC405 mini crawler crane to its fleet, giving Sydney clients a compact, powerful option for lifts in tight or restricted-access spaces.

Meet the MC405

The MC405 is a mini crawler crane built for the jobs a full-size mobile crane can’t reach. At just 4’7″ wide, it fits through a standard double doorway, yet it still lifts up to 4.24 tonnes and reaches heights of over 20 metres with the optional fly jib. Its five-section boom, spider-leg outriggers and remote operation make it ideal for indoor lifts, rooftop work and sites with limited access.

What It Brings to Your Site

  • Tight access: Narrow enough to pass through standard doorways and work inside buildings, basements and courtyards
  • Versatile reach: Up to 4.24 tonnes capacity with boom options from 16ft to 54ft, plus an optional fly jib for extra height
  • Safer in confined spaces: Remote-controlled operation keeps operators clear of the load, with a load indicator and moment limiter built in
  • Minimal ground impact: Spider-leg outriggers and rubber tracks suit sensitive surfaces like finished floors and landscaped areas
